Xiaomi is all set to add another smartphone to it’s 9 series – the Redmi 9A. It’s a budget device offering from the Chinese manufacturer going on sale from 12PM today at  Amazon. Touted as “Desh ka Smartphone” the listing page at amazon promotes it with bigger battery, better display, high performance, better photography and all-round entertainment device.

Redmi 9A is  already available in Europe at EUR 99 which is approximately Rs. 8,500. So, we can expect same pricing for this device. Price in India for Redmi 9A will e confirmed at 12PM.

Coming to the specifications of Redmi 9A, which includes key features such as a 6.52 inch HD display (720×1600 pixels) with water-drop/dewdrop notch. A MediaTek Helio G25 processor (MG PowerVR GE8320 GPU) coupled with 2GB RAM a powers this device. Another variants of Redmi 9A could come in 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB RAM ad storage options. This entry level smartphone supports expendable storage – up to 512GB via microSD card.

On the photography frot Redmi 9A will have a single 13MP (f/2.2) rear shooter and a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) front-facing camera. Key connectivity features are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-SIM, dual VoLTE, and micro USB port. It comes with a 10W charging supported 5000mAh battery.

Redmi 9A runs on MIUI 12, based on Android 10 out-of-the-box.  To wrap it up Xiaomi Redmi 9A is a entry level smartphone that doesn’t offer much to be honest. After the competition of Quad, triple camera setups seems like we’re ow going to witness race of who provides biggest battery i their smartphone. After Samsung’s M51 leak suggested that it will have 7,000 mAh battery it’s Chinese manufacturer Gionee which is going to break all bars. Gionee M30 has been announced to have a massive 10,000 mAh battery. It’ll weigh around 305 g considering the size of the battery and measures 160.6 x 75.8 x 8.4 mm i dimensions. It will support 25W fast charging as well as reverse charging. The device has been spotted on TENAA which reveals further details.

Apart from the mountain alike battery size other specifications of Gionee M30 are pretty mediocre, unfortunately. It’s supposed to run on android 7.0 which is a outdated thing in 2020 anyway. Gionee M30 is said to feature a 6 inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. On the back which comes in a leather-like finish, a single 16MP camera and fingerprint scanner can be spotted from the leaked images. There exists a 8MP selfie sensor on the front end of the device. A MediaTek Helio P60 chipset coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB of expandable storage (up to 512GB) will power this device.

Gionee M30 will be available in Black (pictured) and Blue color options. Other features include 4G LTE support, 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C. It may be launch as early as August 31. Price in India for this device could be around (CNY 1,399 | $202) ~ Rs. 15,000 approximately. More details on the M30 smartphone are expected in coming weeks.

This big battery size and leather like finish alongside a pretty good look appeal that Gionee has pitched it for budget mobile gamers. Gionee has made comeback with It’s budget smartphone Gionee Max this month so we expect new and exciting releases from the firm in near future.

Motorola has lauched udget smartphoe Moto G9 to take on the likes of Redmi 9 Prime and Realme azro 10 in the budget segment of 10-15k. Unveiled at Flipkart Moto G9 will go on sale at 12PM from August 31 priced at Rs, 11,499 only. Flipkart offers some exciting discount on the purchase of this device – One can get an instant discount of 10% on Federal Bank debit cards while there is a ₹30 discount on first prepaid transaction using RuPay debit card and  ₹30 discount on first prepaid transaction using UPI. Comparison: Moto G9 vs Realme Nazro 10 vs Redmi Prime 9

Moto G9 competes with the likes of Redmi Prime 9 and Realme Narzo 10. Both Xiaomi devices are powered by Mediatek Helio G80 processor which is a better performer than Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 found in Moto G9. So performance wise Moto g9 lags behind these two devices. On display front while Moto G9 offers HD+ only display it’s competitor Redmi 9 Prime has a 1080p resolution with 400 nits of brightness advantage. In camera department Moto G9 lacks a ultrawide sensor while Realme Narzo 10 offers a better front and wide sensor. Other specifications of these three devices are quite similar in nature so we will not go into that.

Coming to the  pricing: Motorola Moto G9 is priced at Rs. 11,499 while Redmi 9 Prime comes at Rs. 9,999 and Realme Narzo 10 costs Rs. 11,999. In our opinion Nazro 10 has a better camera and performance as compared to Moto G9.
